What we collect

When you request a PlaceVest brief, we collect the contact details and property preferences you submit. We also keep a one-way hash for rate limiting; the website does not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

We use these details to understand and respond to your property enquiry, protect the form from misuse and improve the usefulness of our responses. We do not display enquiry details publicly.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing client relationship or legal obligation requires a different period. Expired website enquiries are deleted automatically.

Delete your enquiry

After submitting the form, this browser keeps your private enquiry reference for the current browsing session. Enter the same email address below to delete that enquiry immediately.

Do not send identity documents, passwords or banking details through the website form. This notice covers the PlaceVest website enquiry system and should be reviewed against your final business and legal requirements before the custom domain launches.
