What we collect

When you request a PlaceVest consultation, we collect the contact details and property preferences you submit. We also keep a one-way hash for rate limiting; the website does not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

We use these details to understand and respond to your property enquiry, protect the form from misuse and improve the usefulness of our responses. We do not display enquiry details publicly.

Optional advertising measurement

If Meta measurement is configured, the website asks before loading it. If you agree, PlaceVest may send a consultation-request event and hashed contact information to Meta so we can understand which advertisements produce genuine enquiries. Declining does not affect the website or your consultation request. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be cleared through your browser’s site-data settings.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing client relationship or legal obligation requires a different period. Expired website enquiries are deleted automatically.

Delete your enquiry

After submitting the form, this browser keeps your private enquiry reference for the current browsing session. Enter the same email address below to delete that enquiry immediately.

Important

Do not send identity documents, passwords or banking details through the website form. This notice covers the PlaceVest website enquiry system and should be reviewed against the laws applying to the markets where PlaceVest advertises.
